Halee & Zachary's Engagement Portraits

In our lives we run across some special people throughout the years. I had the honor of meeting Halee at my teaching job this last year.  She is a very special person and I loved working with her this last school year. Right after school ended she got engaged to Zachary and told me that they were planning a November wedding. I was so excited for them!  They called me up and said that they wanted to shoot their engagement photos up in the mountains.  It was such a fun day.  Halee and Zachary are truly in love and you can see their love shine through with each other. They’re also silly, crazy, and like to have fun!  We definitely had a fun time shooting their engagement photos. I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in a long time!  I can hardly wait to see the fun that their wedding brings in November!

Congrats Halee & Zachary!  I can't wait to shoot your big day up in Estes Park. It's going to be fabulous!

Zach's Head Shots for Acting

Back at the beginning of June I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man named Zach. He recently graduated from Poudre High School and will be attending the Academy of Art in San Francisco. He will be pursuing acting, so we went out to shoot some head shots. It was a great day. Here are some of the photos from the day.

Rachel & Daniel's Wedding

My husband's cousin, Rachel, was married on May 30, 2010. I was not the hired photographer, but I did shoot some photos, as my 6 year old daughter, Olivia, was their flower girl.

The location of their ceremony was in Louisiana on the grounds of an amazingly beautiful plantation house that was over a hundred years old.  The tree that was in front of the house must have been around that old too!  It was huge! I loved that tree.

Petrilli Family Photos - Mother's Day 2010

On Mother's Day back in May I had the pleasure of meeting up with the Petrilli Family to shoot their family photos. I know Randy, because he is my financial guy (AXA Equitable - if you need one, I'll give you his info!).  I finally got the chance to meet the rest of his beautiful family on this day.  What a wonderful family!

I had fun shooting their photos around their neighborhood and in their yard. What a beautiful location!  The kids were absolutely adorable.

Rylee

The kids were so much fun.  They all have unique little personalities.  I enjoyed watching them play and showcase their talents. Rylee really started smiling when they brought out one of their baby chickens.

Payton was very proud of how high he could swing on his rope swing.

Kailyn was having a great time seeing if she could bounce up and touch the clouds in the sky!

Randy and Erin are two super nice people. Don't they look adorable?!

What a great family!  I feel honored that I was able to shoot their portraits.  It was a great day!
